Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Children's Case Manager working at our Stapley Drive Health Center location. Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, the ideal individual is flexible, compassionate, and professional. You will provide effective case management, clinical perspective, and service coordination for families in accordance with the Arizona Practice Model 12 Principles. Full-Time, Employed Location: 1111 S Stapley Dr #5060, Mesa, AZ 85204 Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm No Weekends Additional Language Differential Pay is Available Full Benefits, Including 401K, and Generous PTO/PST (4+ weeks/yr.) $2,000 Sign on Bonus!
