Assured Automation is a manufacturer's representative of industrial process controls, serving the oil & gas, refining, power, chemical, food & beverage, cement and general industry. We represent quality manufacturers of process controls in the following categories: on-line analyzers, measurement instruments, electrical controls, heat trace/heating systems.

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the marketing team's decision-making processes and help optimize strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Some of the exciting things you will do in this role...

  • Analyze and interpret marketing data from various sources (e.g., digital campaigns, market research, CRM systems) to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, channel performance, and customer behavior.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and insights that can inform marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to develop actionable insights and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Use advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, or other data visualization tools) to process and interpret large datasets.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and improving ROI based on data analysis.
  • Monitor KPIs and conduct A/B testing to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting marketing spend to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

A must...

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or organizational development.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing analysis role or similar position.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver, Front Page skills required.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and should be able to rework technical content for a wider audience.
  • Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts.
  • Communicate excellently in verbal and in writing with all kinds of people.
