Title: Digital Content writer Location: Trenton NJ 08625 Pay Rate: $36.26/Hour on W2 without benefits Duration: 10+ months Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm BG Check Required: Yes Interview Mode: MS Teams Job Description: We need someone with knowledge of software for producing digital online publications. Specifically, we need someone to create design templates, add interactive elements, and convert PDFs and/or PowerPoint presentations into digital content. The current project we're working on requires someone that is able to complete the following process: Generating/downloading voiceovers Creating new Adobe Captivate slides by copy/pasting pictures from PowerPoints Inserting + syncing audio Generating/inserting quizzes. Then packaging for the LMS e-learning content upload. Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: Experience with policy writing and drafting; Proficiency in reading and distilling federal and state-level legislative policy for public audiences; Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially on virtual interfaces; Ability to coordinate and be accountable for multiple tasks simultaneously and independently; Ability to work in face-paced environment; Strong attention to detail; Enjoys collaborating with teams; Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; Maturity, professionalism development; Capable of "managing up" to ensure deadlines are met; Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Information Technology or a related field. Additional education and/or work experience in the areas of Public Policy, Education, Workforce Development, and/or Other Related Field
