Position:Customer Service Representative Location:Portsmouth, NH (Onsite) Length:Direct Hire Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This key role involves interacting with customers before and after sales, ensuring strong and lasting relationships, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure the timely execution of customer contracts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in shaping the customer experience, maintaining high standards of service, and handling both pre-sale and post-sale processes with efficiency and professionalism. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, managing account details including processing any changes. Ensure data accuracy and prepare detailed reports for management review. Assist in developing and generating quotations to support the company's business strategy. Process sales orders in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. Organize workflows to meet customer deadlines and ensure satisfaction. Conduct post-sale follow-up in coordination with the outside sales team. Handle telephone inquiries professionally and efficiently. Utilize the company pricing system while adhering to company policies and guidelines. Perform ongoing customer needs analysis and conduct research on customer requirements. Actively participate in management meetings, sales improvement initiatives, and action items. Conduct regular customer review calls and follow up as necessary. Support the customer escalation process as needed. Regularly track and report on quotation activity, bookings, and other relevant sales functions. Assist in various sales-related projects, including proposal development and marketing campaigns. Qualifications: High School diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. POST-OFFER BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED.
