Wage: $24.00 - $29.00 hourly Sign On Bonus: $5,000 signing bonus paid in two installments with a total service commitment of 27 months Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Service Locations: Chelan & Grant County Benefits: * Medical/Dental * FSA * 403(b) Retirement * Additional Voluntary Benefits * Paid Holidays * Vacation/Sick Leave * Education Assistance Program * Employee Assistance Program * Longevity awards Position Summary: Senior Services Specialist is responsible for providing direct delivery of one or more of Catholic Charities Senior Programs which includes Volunteer Services, Senior Companion, and/or RSVP in a designated service area within Central Washington. The position is responsible for client intake assessments, identifying client needs for service, inputting client information in the database, connecting trained volunteers with clients, and other deliverables to meet contract and grant requirements. Responsibilities: Deliver quality direct services within one or more Senior Service Program
Maintain consistent community involvement with community agencies, parishes and other partners
Complete documentation and data collection on all services provided
Participate in supervision and team meetings
Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
