MasTec is seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join the recruiting team. This role is a unique blend of talent acquisition marketing and social media sourcing, with a focus on creating compelling, engaging content that attracts top talent from diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will be an expert in social media marketing campaigns, with a keen understanding of modern marketing tactics and a passion for storytelling. This individual will create content that aligns with our company brand while also reaching potential candidates who may be unfamiliar with us. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Campaigns: Develop, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to attract potential candidates, building brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create creative, original content for digital, social, print, and video that aligns with the company's tone and brand voice. Content should appeal to diverse candidate pools and support recruitment efforts.
  • Talent Sourcing: Leverage social media platforms to actively source talent, engage with potential candidates, and promote job opportunities to people who may not be familiar with our company.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, write, schedule, and publish content for social media channels and other platforms to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with our recruitment goals.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to design and execute strategies that enhance recruitment marketing and ensure content reflects the company's values and mission.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize social media campaigns to improve candidate engagement and conversion rates. Use analytics to track performance and recommend adjustments to reach broader, untapped audiences.
  • Engagement: Foster strong relationships with online communities, industry influencers, and candidates through interactive content and direct engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content adheres to company branding guidelines and effectively communicates MasTec's values, culture, and unique offerings to potential hires.
  • Measurable Impact: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment marketing.
  • Expertise in creating engaging content for social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Proven experience in social media sourcing and using social platforms to identify and attract talent.
  • Strong experience with paid marketing campaigns across social media platforms, and optimizing them for candidate engagement and conversions.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with WordPress or web design would be a plus.
  • Experience with video content creation and basic video editing skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills with a focus on creating persuasive, high-quality content for varied audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively across various departments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
