Job Description

Ingram Marine Group is searching for an Operations Support Administrator for our Granite City, IL office. With a helpful and friendly demeanor, you will be answsering the main switchboard, screening/routing calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to the Operations Department.

What you will be doing:

  • Answeringphones, screening and routingcalls
  • Greetingvisitors, customers, vendors, and applicants
  • Providingadministrative assistance to the Operations and Fleet Dispatching department
  • Maintaining department files
  • Distributingin-house mail
  • Initiatingroutine and some non-routine correspondence
  • Preparingreports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Schedulingand maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinatingrelated arrangements
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned
  • Supporting department activities with regular and prompt attendance.
Qualifications
  • Effective communication skillsProficient with a variety of office equipment.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High School diploma required
  • Ability to prioritizeExcellent customer service skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Organizational skills

Pay Range: 40,000-48,000 per year
