Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Quadient Developer to join the team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated customer communication workflows using Quadient Inspire Flex.
  • Implement data integration and transformation processes to prepare data for personalized communications.
  • Utilize Inspire Flex's data mapping and transformation tools to cleanse, enrich, and validate data.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based components for extending Inspire Flex's functionality.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Inspire Flex workflows and data processing.
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
  • Document technical designs and implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Quadient Inspire Flex features and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer communication processes.
  • Work closely with other developers and team members.

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience developing with Quadient Inspire Flex, with a focus on process automation (Inspire Automation and Inspire Designer).
  • Strong understanding of data integration and ETL concepts.
  • Experience working with various data sources, including databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle), CRM systems, Web Service call and API.
  • Familiarity with data mapping and transformation tools within Inspire Flex.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Groovy, Window Batch) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of simple and complex file structures, (e.g., delimited, XML, JSON, multiple structure files).

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Experience with BCC Mail Manager, Architect, Bulk Mail, or Ignite.
  • Knowledge of PDF document creation and manipulation.
  • Experience with Java programming language.
  • United States Postal Service knowledge is a plus.
