The Opportunity

Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs. We are looking for a structured, motivated and meticulous creative Business Process Analyst to join us in driving business impact through simplified and efficient business processes.

In this highly visible role, you will optimize existing processes and create new processes as we integrate emerging technologies into our workflow. Additionally, you will collaborate with regional partners to ensure alignment and facilitate the successful adoption of these processes.

This position demands excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, SAFe and Kaizen, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

What you'll Do
  • Assess current Lifecycle Marketing processes and workflows, identify areas for optimization, and build a robust multi-quarter roadmap of initiatives driving measurable impact
  • Lead the execution of the optimization roadmap across our end-to-end marketing operations, ensuring clear and effective communication of progress and impact to practitioners, engineering teams, and senior leadership, tailoring the message to the appropriate level for each audience.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technology requirements that optimize processes and develop workflows when supporting new technology.
  • Drive process training and adoption. Develop supporting training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation needed.
  • Onboard teams on new processes ensuring that new ways of working are implemented effectively. Develop a measurement framework to benchmark and track adoption, ongoing usage, and efficiency gains.
  • Be an expert user of our email marketing tools and provide guidance, recommend and educate team members on usage of the right tools based on their needs.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in email or performance marketing with an emphasis on business operations, personalization, and experimentation.
  • Have a strong background in analyzing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Previous Marketing or Business Operations experience preferred, with proven project management experience.
  • Meticulous organization, attention to detail with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards and effective processes for email marketing, including creative development, audience segmentation, and end-to-end execution.
  • Passionate about solving complex system or process based problems, have opinions and recommendation on how to improve and elevate performance.
  • Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or SAFe). Workfront expert level abilities (certification a plus).
  • Good understanding of program management platforms and communication tools (Workfront, Planner, M365). Familiarity with and regular use of Adobe's products strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience, MBA or BA/BS degree
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
