Yageo group has an opportunity for a Regional Logistics Leader in Louisville, KY, to deliver top-quality customer service to clients within the Telemecanique Sensor business group across the Americas. This position will support distribution between hubs, manufacturing plants, and customers in NAM/LATAM. Telemecanique Sensors has more than 90 years of expertise and is recognized as a worldwide global player, present in more than 20 countries, in the field of sensors.

What will you do?

For Supply & Logistics Organization:



  • Responsible of Logistic performance for several countries
  • Define the logistics strategy: defining means, resources, and processes
  • Cost budgeting, control, allocation
  • Assure the evolution of the design of the supply chain within the logistic territory
  • Empower the End-to-End experience in collaboration with Front Office
  • Manage a 3rd party Logistic Flow
  • Monitor Operational Performance (weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review) in the 2 domains: Warehousing service and performance
  • Partner with customs brokers to ensure compliance with import/export shipments
  • Contract revision with 3PL
  • Manage projects (transfer / development regions - DC, additional or new capabilities, ...)



Transportation:



  • Management of multiple transportation vendors and flows

    • From Plant to Distribution Center
    • From Distribution Center to Distribution Center
    • From Distribution Center to customers




Customer Experience:



  • Relation with front office (regarding logistic and Supply Chain service support)
  • Be warrant of Lead time offer and stock collection
  • Define and deploy the Commercial logistic offer with Front office to Customers
  • Collect Customer feedback and complaints and action plan relative to it


What qualifications will make you successful?



  • 10 years in management of a Logistic center with Front office / Distributor / OEM / Global footprint
  • Experience with trade, factory and manufacturing practices in Mexico
  • Experience with ERP and digital environment, SAP required
  • Experience in Export Compliance, CTPAT, ITAR control
  • Complex project management
  • Customer acumen
  • 3PL Vendor Management
  • Finance - Budget Ownership
  • Communication Skills- bilingual (Spanish and French a plus)
  • High level of Autonomy
