Summary
The Procurement Consultant - Oracle supports the design, build, and testing activities for an ERP transformation project implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud. Captures detailed requirements and complete fit/gap disposition on current/future state processes. Assesses gaps and provide recommendations to identify and mitigate risks. Conducts cross-functional impact analysis across all areas of the business. Provides input to detailed design documents. Supports test case development and execution. Supports business readiness and change management activities including communications and training. After ERP implementation, manages and executes operational procurement activities in support of the buying requirements of category or Business Unit. Identifies procurement efficiencies and executes supply chain category strategies, targets and schedules in order to achieve goals and objectives for cost management, inventory management, supplier management including supplier diversity and process improvement. Manages Business Unit partnerships to deliver excellent customer service. Analyzes costs, negotiates legal contracts and identifies strategies and solutions to help Business Unit partners to better manage costs with supplier engagements and vendor services. Executes Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in an efficient and cost-effective manner while supporting continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements

1) Serves as primary contact with Business Unit partners and Supply Chain leaders to ensure continuously improving support of the business by being an expert in APS procurement processes and is able to effectively support training of new hires on our Procurement activities, negotiations of contracts and Terms and Conditions.
