Number of Job Openings Available: 1Date Posted: February 21, 2025Department: 62865600 Surgery SouthwestShift: Day/Evening/Night (United States of America)Shift Length: 10 hour shiftHours Per Week: 40Union Contract: Non-Union-NCTWeekend Rotation: Every 5thJob Summary: - Will hold clinic at Minneapolis Surgical Specialists (on ANW campus) 2-4x/month - Will operate at Abbott Northwestern Hospital - Patient load ~20-35 patients on the census / day, which usually works out to rounding on 5-12 patients / day (more on the weekends). - Rotate between primary or back up acute care surgeon - 10 hour shifts - 190 shifts/year - Call: approx. 1 night/2weeks, 1 in 5-6 weekends - Option to participate in activation call models at regional sites, this is not traditional call but rather seeing consults and doing cases as needed - Participate in hospital and system wide committees - Resident and student education - Option for research if interested Key Position Details: About Allina Health: Based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, a not for profit a 501(c) organization, with 90+ clinics, 10 hospitals/13 campuses throughout the region including western Wisconsin, Allina Health operates in one of the nation's most vibrant, livable areas. Physical Demands Pay Range Pay Range: $422,100 to $492,500 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
