We're looking for a skilled Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of Thomasnet's next-generation advertising platform, enhancing how industrial suppliers showcase their products and services while delivering unmatched value to our customers. About the Role As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and evolving a robust, scalable, and innovative advertising platform. You'll collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to create an ecosystem that enables precision-targeted ad delivery while adhering to privacy regulations, maximizing performance, and creating a seamless user experience for advertisers and users alike. You'll be tasked with designing & building solutions that integrate cutting-edge technologies like AI-driven recommendations, advanced analytics, and real-time bidding systems, ensuring Thomasnet remains the go-to platform for industrial advertising.
