The Employee Concerns Senior Lead Investigator (ECP) is responsible for providing Nuclear Safety Culture (NSC) programmatic action including, oversight and support for Westinghouse facilities and locations including early detection of high-risk areas for intervention and improvement. Additionally, the position requires managing, executing, and performing timely and thorough Employee Concerns Program (ECP) investigations related to potential deliberate misconduct involving compliance/technical violations, retaliation, chilled work environment, as well as work environment assessments, in a confidential and independent manner according to approved procedures and industry best practices. The ECP Senior Lead Investigator is expected to have effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills, handling multiple investigations with little direction and being capable of working a flexible schedule based on business needs. The ECP Senior Lead Investigator will maintain communication of NSC/ECP material globally such as safety briefs, and newsletters. The ECP Senior Lead Investigator will assist the Work Environment Effectiveness Sr. Manager in the development of reporting and analysis of NSC and ECP data trends to support committee meetings, liaisons, training, and integrate NSC/ECP into daily work processes. The ECP Senior Lead Investigator must maintain the confidentiality of all individuals raising concerns, to the extent allowed by applicable laws, and effectively communicate the results to management to drive change in the work environment for the purpose of maintaining a healthy Safety Conscious Work Environment (SCWE) and a strong Nuclear Safety Culture (NSC). In addition to investigator responsibilities, the ECP Senior Lead Investigator also has special assignment responsibilities that may include ECP programmatic responsibilities, ECP availability and visibility responsibilities for assigned sites globally, and/or other responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.
