Our network of 175+ providers across 19 specialties serves the healthcare needs of the Mid-South community. UCH is a not-for-profit, non-tax-supported group practice dedicated to serving the community and providing medical excellence. Position Summary: The Financial Analyst plays a vital role in UCH's growth and development initiatives. This includes financial analysis and modeling, service line expansion, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and partnership collaborations. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams on various projects, ensuring deliverables align with project plans grounded in financial sustainability. This role provides critical financial insights to drive effective organizational growth. Key Results Areas (KRAs):
- Analyze monthly financial performance against budget, identifying variances, and providing actionable insights to management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and expenses for new service lines, considering reimbursement rates and patient volume projections.
- Analyze costs to identify opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate project management for acquisition due diligence, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and tracking project plans and implementation metrics.
- Ensure cross-functional team members understand project plan elements, providing guidance so their deliverables are relevant, accurate, and on time.
- Assist department leadership in preparing project timelines, progress reports, issue logs, and resolution plans using project planning methodologies and clear communication.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Health.
- 1-3 years of professional finance experience in a multi-specialty group practice setting within the healthcare industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
