General Summary: The CQI Manager is responsible for overseeing the continuous quality improvement, workflow and process development, and compliance with contractual and legal requirements for the assigned division, including all aspects of government grants, sub-contractors, and program departments. This position supervises the CQI department, consultants as needed and collaborates with the leadership team to ensure the effective implementation of ongoing monitoring systems and evidence-based practices. The CQI Manager employs data-driven approaches to ensure compliance and quality across the organization. The CQI Manager prepares routine and comprehensive assessment reports; implements procedures for continuous monitoring of program. The position collaborates with program Leadership to plan and implement staff training and development. This position is full time and may require the ability to work a non-traditional work schedule including evenings and weekends, as needed.
