Oversee coordination, submissions, tracking and update of large scale permitting with vendors and permitting agencies. Responsible for the hiring, training, development, and performance management of staff.
- Accountable for team deliverables
- Oversight of permitting, invoicing, third party make-ready, post inspection and pole transfer process
- Oversight of Work Permitting from CC request to CC acknowledgement
- NJUNS and JUMS Reporting
- Manual tracking with EMC's and COOP's
- Work directly with utility company representatives
- Work directly with utilities
- Verify invoicing
- 3PM Duties
- Create Pole transfer PIDs
- Track and report post inspection fails
- Pole owner escalation tracking and intake
- Track Volumes and intervals
- Regular reporting
- Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.
- Know, understand and follow company policies.
- Perform other duties as requested by manager.

Required Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Continuing education coursework in project administration or equivalent experience
