Heartland's Learning & Development team is looking for a Promising Entrepreneur (known as an Intern elsewhere) to join our dynamic group for Summer 2025! As an Instructional Design Liaison for the Heartland Payroll Learning & Development team, you will partner with subject matter experts across the business to support content development, design, and upkeep of all training resources for consistency and excellence, focusing on e-learning content.

What Part Will You Play?

• Develop training content including, but not limited to: Articulate 360, Google Slides, Quick Reference Guides/Training Guides, etc.

• Develop and maintain training content, supporting resources, and operational tools according to the Training Department branding and standards of excellence

• LMS management

• Work independently on special training projects to support the Learning and Development team

• Understand the evolution of the payroll operations organization and current/future payroll initiatives

• Contribute to the on-going innovation of the design and representation of training content

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a related degree program (B.S. or Master's degree) from an accredited college or university

• Experience with Articulate 360

• Passion for Learning & Development

• Strong professional drive

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with creative or technical writing or editing skills

• This role will be located in OKC
