Job Summary The Marketing Account Manager is a pivotal role responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing marketing and communication campaigns and deliverables, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing communications projects. This position involves collaborating with business stakeholders (clients) and cross-functional marketing teams to develop client-specific strategies and analyze performance metrics to drive effective marketing solutions aligned with client objectives. Essential Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, and serving as the primary point of contact for all communication.
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations, brand guidelines, and overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to coordinate efforts and deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide clients with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve optimal campaign results.
- Work closely with clients to develop strategic marketing plans, considering market trends, target audience behavior, and competitor activities.
- Oversee communication strategies for client accounts, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across various channels.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and proposed strategies for continuous improvement.
- Research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing channels to provide clients with innovative and effective marketing solutions.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of marketing campaigns, maintaining a positive client.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to clients, summarizing campaign performance, key metrics, and recommended optimizations.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously enhance service delivery and overall client satisfaction.

Experience and/or Education Required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, Communications and/or Advertising
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Medicare Sales/Marketing experience
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
- Health care experience
- Agency experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

- Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- Knowledge of marketing measurement concepts and principles
