GENERAL FUNCTION The Manager, Business Development (RCM) will lead initiatives to support the identification, evaluation, prioritization, development & launch of new strategic business initiatives, investments and/or partnerships which are accretive to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) division of Helix. This employee will actively support the sale process with strategic partners (Alliances, Buying Groups, Key Accounts) & partner with the Marketing team to create lead generation materials & events. As a subject matter expert in the Revenue Cycle Management area, this employee will participate in the design of new offers such as new services or functionalities integrated into HELIX products. This position will require strategic collaboration across the organization, within the brand & with key external partners related to new business investments or opportunities. The Manager, Business Development (RCM) is an Optometric RCM expert that actively ensures that member service levels are of the highest quality, assists with the company vision of nation-wide success, brings subject matter expertise, & informs the industry through education, as well as focus on delivering meaningful results of the value our service.
