  • Proven experience in financial analysis and budgeting.

Impact You'll Make:

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have familiarity with IT, information security and finance, to provide insights and recommendations to support business objectives.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to information security and finance, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $56,250.00 - $93,750 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
