The Opportunity:

Under general supervision, evaluate and analyze products, components, materials, and equipment for the purpose of understanding and predicting failures. Review product designs, material specifications, and manufacturing capability to predict reliability and dependability. Create prototypes and conduct product tests to gather reliability data. Interpret test results and recommend solutions using appropriate statistical distributions and reliability models. Recommend product design changes or alterations in manufacturing processes and controls to ensure achievement of required reliability levels. Monitor production equipment diagnostics and review maintenance record in order to predict and prevent equipment down times. Document findings, including results of root cause analysis, and facilitate the implementation of necessary changes to ensure product and/or equipment reliability levels are maintained. May determine maintenance requirements and schedules for products and equipment. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related field.

The role of the Maintenance Supervisor II is to directly oversee the performance and activities of Maintenance Technicians responsible for the routine and non-routine maintenance activities of their designated area of the facility.
This role reports to the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring the quality of maintenance work in their designated area and maintaining the necessary housekeeping standards and safe work practices. The Maintenance Supervisor also interfaces with contractors. Position will be managing other leaders.

* Develop the Daily Work Schedule.
* Compile schedule compliance data.
* Reallocate Technician labor.
* Report information on all Emergency work at Daily Scheduling Meeting.
* Ensure the quality of maintenance work in their area.
* Ensure the necessary standards of housekeeping and safe work practices are maintained.
* Enter purchase requisitions to purchase outside goods/services for unplanned work.
* Ensure the data integrity of Technician-completed work orders.

Preferred Qualifications
The following are industry-recognized prerequisites when applying for a Maintenance Supervisor position:
* high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* 10+ years of experience in similar facility maintenance/operations
* graduate of a technical trade school (preferred)
* knowledge of the relevant industry
* experience working in similar operations
* extensive knowledge of operating procedures and conditions
* comprehensive understanding of equipment histories and specifications
* ability to make effective use of internal and external networks
* strong technical, writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
* leadership, management, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and ana

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$77,300.00 - $128,700.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
