Cox Enterprises is looking for a Real Estate Data Analyst to join our Corporate Real Estate team. In this role, you will leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our real estate portfolio. Your insights will shape portfolio management, occupancy planning, and space utilization strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends and inform real estate planning and decision-making.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to enhance real estate portfolio analysis and storytelling.
  • Ensure data accuracy by performing routine and ad-hoc data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
  • Support ongoing efforts to centralize real estate data and streamline data integration across systems.
  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for Space Management, Lease Administration, and Real Estate Transactions.
  • Update Power BI dashboards to support real-time decision-making.
  • Assist with other real estate data and analytics projects as needed.


Key Areas of Focus:

Real Estate Portfolio Reporting & Analysis

  • Create and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports to support real estate portfolio analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights and variance analysis during the annual budget process.
  • Develop visual representations that clearly communicate trends and findings.


Space Management Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate and maintain reports on space management, occupancy, and utilization trends.
  • Provide ongoing insights into space planning and usage to support corporate real estate strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical partners to enhance reporting capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, a master's degree in a related field with up to 2 years of relevant experience, and 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and impactful way.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in real estate is a plus.


USD 65,500.00 - 98,300.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
