Where You'll Make a Difference:

• Support 5S maintenance, foundation audits, and workplace layout analysis (WLA) to improve organization and efficiency
• Conduct time studies and assist with setup time reduction to enhance production flow and adherence
• Assist with new purchasing procedures and training initiatives to streamline procurement processes
• Support the launch of the Detail Scheduling Tool and Service Charter piloting at the Taunton site
• Assist with various engineering and process improvement tasks based on site needs and team priorities
