As a Laborer, you'll take on a hands-on role, assisting with furniture and equipment moves, delivering materials, operating machinery, and supporting property maintenance. Every day brings something new in this fast-paced, dynamic environment where teamwork and efficiency are essential. THE STARTING RATE:$17.18 an hour THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Transportation & Material Handling: Transport and deliver furniture, propane, and other materials using company vehicles; pick up supplies from vendors and keep the maintenance warehouse clean and organized. Property Maintenance & Support: Assist with office, furniture, and casino equipment moves, as well as demolition, cleanup, and general property maintenance tasks. Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain forklifts, scissor lifts, skyjacks, jackhammers, and other heavy machinery; fuel and service engineering vehicles. Task Management & Inventory Control: Complete assigned tasks from Dispatch or Management, maintain accurate logbooks, and oversee the inventory of keys and tools in the Engineering Tool Room. Independent Work & Reporting: Work independently with minimal supervision while staying informed on technical methods and reporting unusual property conditions to the Shift Supervisor. Safety & Accident Prevention: Maintain a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and accident prevention, always ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old. Work Schedule: Must have flexibility to work day shifts 7am - 3pm, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, kneel, squat, and lift up to 60 lbs.
