THE JOB:

As a Banquet Set-Up, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.40

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Set banquet rooms as per diagrams and banquet event order.

• Inspect rooms to make sure rooms are clean before and after functions.

• Ensure set-up is correct according to specifications on the floor plan and ready 30 minutes before the start time of the event.

• Place signs and refresh meeting rooms.

• Clean and dismantle room set-up.

• Keep storage areas in proper order.

• Gather all equipment needed for designated set up.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ Years experience in fast paced, high volume banquet set up and porter experience or an equivalent combination.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• Must be 18 years old or older.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work efficiently under time constraints.

• Demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving skills when interacting with guests and team members.

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
