Technical Services Representative II

What's the job?

The Technical Services Representative's primary function is to provide customer (internal and external) with support to roofing claim and technical requests, process claims, manage the intake and distribution paperwork and special projects as assigned as well as monitoring/responding to customers via our shared mailboxes.

• Provide quality customer service by processing and answering calls/emails regarding claims in a timely manner 40%
• Manage Technical Services general email boxes 30%
• Provide technical and warranty product assistance/letters to callers, TM's and Technical Services personnel. 10%
• Provide first level responses to government agencies (BBB, Attorney General) and to report any irregularities to the Supervisor 10%
• Provide support to our Legal department 10%

What do you bring?

• Associate's degree - Required
• Bachelor's degree - Preferred
• 1-3 years - Customer Service Experience Required
• Strong Organizational skills required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team required
• Strong background in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel required
• Multilingual preferred
• Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Background in construction/Building materials preferred
