The Sr. Print Production Manager is responsible for color management across multiple projects and substrates, providing technical expertise in the areas of offset, web, rotogravure, and flexographic printing. Oversee print execution of package design and collateral. Ensure materials meet printer print specifications.Manages outside Production Team finalizing art files to release to printers. The position oversees and executes a high volume of complex projects while interacting and communicating within the appropriate client base, vendors, suppliers, and internal resources on a day-to-day basis.Types of projects include commercial print, andpackaging materials.



  • Build and maintain relationships and develop communication channels to ensure smooth workflow; liaison between internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to ensure quality, on-time delivery within budget parameters.
  • Manage all aspects of production with vendors, conferring with vendors concerning print questions and maintaining current status of assigned projects at all times
  • Manage jobs on-budget and with the highest level of service and quality
  • Ensure all jobs are delivered on-time
  • Proactively identify and present additional Printing solutions
  • Manage multiple, complex jobs and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work with little to no direct supervision while still being part of a team
  • Manages proofing process by requesting and soliciting approval for all tests (color tests, drawdowns, etc)
  • Attends press checks
  • Help identify Quality controls processes from Printers
  • Helps Resolve quality disputes with vendors (price-off, reprints etc.) with Procurement.
  • Works collaboratively with Sales associate for all sales samples.
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing for GPD samples.
  • Proof and review all mechanicals and artwork prior to vendor release to ensure accuracy.
  • Works closely with cross-functional team members to make sure the creative team has the information and resources they need to deliver great packaging while insuring timely, on-budget, quality execution of several complex projects at once.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional teams to hindsight programs and evaluate marketing efficiency
