Work Schedule	Approximately 12-15 hours per week - scheduled TBD. Availability in the summer preferred.
Job Description	Do you want to make a difference for first-year students? Are you looking for a way to positively impact campus? Would your friends and family describe you as kind, thoughtful, committed, and/or helpful? Do you want to help others explore their skills, interests, and passions? If so, this position is for you!
Primary Responsibilities	In this role, you will have the chance to: Impact lives by helping first-year students explore career and major options. Learn in-depth information about Handshake, Focus 2, What can I do with this Major? GoingGlobal, LinkedIn, InterviewStream, and other helpful career exploration and job search resources and teach others the value of these tools in their job search process. Strengthen your public speaking skills by leading workshops and events. Develop your own career planning knowledge as you teach others about Career Services and other career planning resources Expand your personal network by collaborating with faculty, staff, alumni & employers. Participate in ongoing self-exploration and professional development. Don't worry, we will provide in-depth training on all these tasks so you are prepared to meet and exceed the expectations of the position. Qualifications	What we are looking for: Desire to learn and teach others Authorized to work in the United States. Students with a GPA of 2.5 or higher will be given top consideration.
