Zayo is seeking an experienced and strategic Demand Generation Senior Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. The Demand Generation Senior Manager role requires a seasoned professional with experience in demand generation and digital marketing. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to drive high-quality leads, engage target audiences, and support sales efforts. They will also excel in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging advanced marketing tools, and delivering actionable insights to enhance overall marketing performance. Finally, this individual will also have experience in leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging, segmentation, and performance tracking.

  • Webinar Execution: Plan, promote, and manage webinars, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-value content to prospects and customers.

  • Database Management: Maintain and optimize the marketing contact database, ensuring accurate segmentation, consent tracking, and hygiene to support targeted outreach.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and lead quality, providing actionable insights to improve results.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent delivery of qualified leads that contribute to sales pipeline growth.

  • Continuous improvement of campaign metrics, including engagement rates and conversion rate.

  • Efficient management of marketing databases and technology to ensure campaign success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing within a professional B2B environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing end-to-end lead generation campaigns.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or external agencies.

  • Proven success in leading and managing employees and vendors.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms; Pardot experience a plus.

  • Experience planning and executing webinars for lead generation.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, manage a team and meet deadlines.

Estimated Base Salary Range: $104,200 - $148,800 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.

The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
