We are seeking a passionate and strategic communicator to join the Case IH team as Marketing Communication Manager - Brand and Precision Technology. This role is responsible for understanding and utilizing an omnichannel approach to drive demand for Case IH products, technologies and solutions in the agriculture market. The Marketing Communication Manager will lead, build, implement and evaluate marketing communication plans to drive awareness and adoption of Case IH Precision Technology solutions. In this role, you will work collaboratively with product marketing teams and agency partners to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure tactical execution of timely and effective communication to key audiences including customers, prospects, Case IH dealers and employees.



Responsibilities

    Develop and implement integrated marketing, branding and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and demand for Case IH precision technology solutions and related portfolio of products.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing team to integrate precision technology into brand and product campaigns.
  • Responsible for the development, reviews and approvals of product positioning, message pillars and content supporting precision technology segment.
  • Build high-quality, engaging content (including collateral materials, creative assets and other sales support materials) supporting precision technology offering.
  • Partner with marketing agency and partners to develop campaign briefs, timelines and KPIs.
  • Ensure quality, message and voice consistency across marketing communications
  • Provide strategic marketing mentorship and communication support for product launches, training programs, sales support and portfolio initiatives.
  • Continually supervise and evaluate campaign metrics, market research and voice of customer insights to evolve and improve communications.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, scorecard metrics and insights providing data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Use audience segmentation strategy to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
  • Learn and leverage e-platforms and digital tools for efficient collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support on-site product and brand activations at events, tradeshows, trainings, meetings and more.
  • Generate compelling brand stories, content and thought-leadership opportunities for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist with management of brand partnerships and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Build relationships as key brand contact for industry partners.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar
  • At least six (6) years' experience crafting, driving and evaluating integrated marketing communications plans

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in content creation and integrated marketing.
  • Understanding of industry trends, marketing best practices and performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented
  • Creative thinker
  • Experience with brand guidelines and trademark compliance.
  • Baseline understanding of digital media, SEO, SEM, CRM, marketing automation, customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to work cross-functionally as a team player.
  • A passion for the agriculture industry.

The annual salary for this role is $96,000 - $128,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
