Maintenance Lead $40.25/hr. + $1.00 Shift Differential for Off-shift Hours Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a Maintenance Lead to be based out of the Hobart facility. Directly reporting to the shift Maintenance Supervisor, this person will be responsible for effectively leading the maintenance team, assisting with establishing priorities, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Responsibility to include the plant's machinery, auxiliary equipment, participating in the plant's 5S program, and safety objectives according to the company's safety, quality, housekeeping, and production standards. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time.
