Role: L2 Application Support SME (FSI Systematic Core Banking)

Experience: 8 to 12 years of solid experience.

Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work in an On-site model from the Client's office in Troy - MI and/or New York City - NY.

Must have skills:

* .Net or Mainframe, prod support experience, service management and minimum 1+ years of experience in FIS Systematic.

Mandatory Skills:

* Associate has to be strong in one of the skillset - Mainframe or Net.

* Experience and knowledge in Banking domain.

* Production Support Experience in handling L2 incident, PR, SR Management with SLA adherence

* Experience in working with COTS product or product knowledge in Fiserv DNA, FIS Systematic, FIS Payments, Actimize, AFS Vision, EPP products or equivalent products is preferred

* Knowledge in .NET / JAVA / Mainframe (Basic troubleshooting by referring logs)

* Good communication skills, strong production support experience in managing and adhering to SLA.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 3/14/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $63K - $130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
