We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Level Engineer to join our team at Keysight EDA. This remote role will focus on our RFmW, Device Modeling, and Power Electronics portfolio. The ideal candidate will be an expert in coordinating large technical deliverables for government programs, have extensive design experience, and possess a thorough knowledge of the semiconductor foundry and design business.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage large technical deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality results across multiple teams.
- Lead and contribute to the design and development of RFmW, Device Modeling, and Power Electronics projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Integrate technical solutions into the RFmW, Device Modeling, and Power Electronics tool solutions.
- Utilize Advanced Design System (ADS) for design and simulation tasks.
- Expertly use JIRA for project tracking, task management, and team collaboration.
- Coach and mentor the team on Agile best practices to improve efficiency, collaboration, and project delivery.
- Apply deep knowledge of the semiconductor foundry and design business to influence project direction and outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve project methodologies and outcomes.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years' experience in C++ and Python, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices.
- 5+ years Extensive experience in coordinating large technical deliverables for government programs.
- 5+ years Strong design experience, particularly in RFmW, MMIC or ASIC domain.
- In-depth knowledge of the semiconductor foundry and design business.
- Proficient in JIRA for project management and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with government program requirements and standards, managing Background and Foreground IP.
- Familiarity with additional EDA tools and software.
- Proven expertise in using Advanced Design System (ADS).
- Worked in global Agile frameworks.
