TEKsystems has an immediate opportunity for a long term consulting opportunity as a DMAC Technician - Deployment, Moves, Add, Change. This will be 100% onsite in Phoenix and might have to travel to neighboring cities. Description The DMAC team at our finance customer is looking for a DMAC Technician to join their team in Arizona. Candidates will be working on moves/DMAC duties, differentiated deployments, moves, adds and changes, site surveys, Hardware based work, this is not desktop or user support but they may perform troubleshooting as it relates to re-imaging, blue screen, HW issues and post move support. They may be working evening and weekends in addition to their 40 hours a week as needed. Must be open and flexible to overtime. Candidates should have experience performing moves, disconnects and reconnects. There is also some administrative functions to this job as they have to document their work and follow up with emails to users regarding updates to projects. Candidates must have good customer service and written and verbal communication skills. Must be team player!
