Support Loan Servicing seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. Perform routine transactional support tasks. Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues. Interact with client personnel on basic information. Required Qualifications: 6 months of Loan Servicing support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education. APPROVED LOCATIONS - 5 DAYS IN OFFICE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE - 7711 Plantation Rd ROANOKE VA 141670 PROJECT SUMMERY - This contractor will be joining the account maintenance team specializing in exceptions. This role will be assisting with day-to-day operations as needed while the team works on transitioning from AFS to Loan IQ. DUTIES - Creating reports in MS Excel - Proactively checking to ensure exceptions are cleared - Looking at Checks and ACH to avoid downstream issues - Performing research on wholesale commercial loan documentation - Keying transaction to correct system of record TOP SKILLS - Research skills - MS Excel outlook word - user level experience nice to have - Loan documentation nice to have - Commercial loans nice to have - Finance/ banking operations experience nice to have INTERVIEW - 1 round - In-person interviews - 30 minutes *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
