New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field required; Master's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of four plus years of education and experience required. Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a health care management position with extensive experience in behavioral health care by providing executive leadership over day to day operations including direct accountability to develop and execute business strategies; provide leadership for quality of care, staff development, maintenance of license and accreditations, financial performance and process improvement strategies. In addition, detailed knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment issues.
