The Jeep Brand Manager must be a motivated, self-starter with retail sales and marketing experience, (automotive preferred). Individuals in this position are responsible for delivering monthly retail sales and share objectives, while optimizing brand health and profitability. In this position, the individual must be able to think strategically, clearly communicate opportunities and implement plans. This individual must be able to lead cross-functional teams to coordinate nameplate specific activities such as pricing/incentives, volume/mix, target customer, positioning, and life-cycle actions. The selected candidate must demonstrate the ability to use analytical data to identify market trends and competitive actions, to make recommendations and implement strategies that deliver positive sales and share results in a fast-paced environment. Team members are expected to establish effective working relationships, founded on trust and transparency, with our internal and external partners. Customer centric, sound judgment, excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to drive decisions through consensus and influence change are a must. Basic Qualifications:
