Key Responsibilities:

• Cooking Fundamentals:Master the basics, including portioning, food temperature management, and making sure every dish is both attractive and delicious. You'll get to taste all your creations!
• Food Safety & Cleanliness:Develop essential food safety knowledge, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness. You'll assist in maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and ensure all areas are organized according to safety standards.
• Kitchen Operations:Operate kitchen equipment, learn maintenance procedures, and assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving food and supplies.
• Collaborate & Learn:Participate in team meetings and safety training, build strong relationships with coworkers, and learn from industry experts.
