Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY The Rotational Banking Training Program is an extensive 12-month business-focused development program. This engaging program prepares the Bank Rotational Trainee for a successful career in Banking. The Bank Rotational Trainee will learn how to develop and facilitate long-term relationships for the Bank. As a Bank Rotational Trainee, you will be rotating through Credit Administration, the Loan Operations Department, and the Sales Division to gain insight and knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and processes. You will gain professional development, exposure in the Bank, and learn through real situations while actively immersed in environments that will help you develop and use critical thinking skills. QUALIFICATIONS To perform the Bank Rotational Trainee job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. LANGUAGE SKILLS The trainee must have the ability to read and interpret complex documents such as corporate financial statements, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. The trainee must also have the ability to write reports, manage basic correspondence, and speak effectively in front of customers or associates of an organization. MATH AND REASONING SKILLS The trainee must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Basic algebra and geometry knowledge is required. You must also be able to efficiently carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. As a trainee, you will be required regularly to communicate and be able to use your hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, and telephone.
