What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to establish a centralized content repository and structure for Transactional Services and Ad Operations content management.
  • Identify optimal best practices for creating a set of standardized operational templates.
  • Participate in data cleansing aligned with our quality management standards across systems.
  • Work with the post-sales operations team on data uploads and migration best practices to maintain qualitative campaign information.
  • Identify areas of optimization to existing distribution group lists.
  • Assist with training necessities concerning business procedures and systems.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently working towards a degree andInterest, coursework, and/or experience in business, finance, accounting, or media.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and a quick learner.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and follow through in an evolving environment.
