Facility IT Manager

Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Facility IT Manager to work out of Kirtland AFB, NM.

Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience managing and maintaining government IT systems.
  • Extensive experience in the installation, maintenance, and accreditation of both classified and unclassified IT systems, particularly within the defense industry.
  • Hands-on experience with security protocols for classified systems, including encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and data loss prevention (DLP).
  • Experience with IT asset management, including software, hardware, and network inventory tracking.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT and network issues in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and other server OS installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure and working in secure, classified environments.


Education/ Certification:



  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), Information Technology, computer science or similar from a regionally accredited institution.
