The Westrock Coffee Reporting Analyst collects and analyzes data to develop qualitative and quantitative reports for clients, account managers, or executive leadership. The Reporting Analyst position is key to meeting client reporting needs and contractual reporting requirements as well as identifying trends and patterns to improve overall business operations.
Job Duties:
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Aggregate daily, weekly, monthly reporting for customer required delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production Planning, Operations, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Accounting) to understand business and client reporting requirements and needs
- Collaborate with IT to automate reports whenever possible
- Support account management team for scheduled reporting and ad hoc needs
- Define customer requirements and understand the "art of the possible"
- Precision in ensuring that reporting and data are accurate, reports are correctly formatted, and information is clearly presented to customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze large sets of customer data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights for reporting purposes
- Capability to identify issues with customer data or reporting processes and propose improvements or solutions.
- Work with the IT team and business team to actively troubleshoot and resolve data issues
- Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
- Special projects and other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Accounting, Management Information Systems, or Finance is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word
- Trained and experienced in DOMO and NetSuite
- Strong project management and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
