Position Title: Plant Accounting Manager
Salary: Based on Experience A Plant Accounting Manager job in Sturtevant, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. In this position, you will prepare monthly plant financial reports, analyze reports and KPIs, develop operating plans, and implement and maintain cost accounting and inventory systems. This position will also lead all financial operations, manage one direct report, reconcile company accounts, and maintain internal controls. This is a fully onsite role. Plant Accounting Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Prepare and present monthly financial reports. - Analyze reports and KPIs. - Develop and implement operating plans. - Implement and maintain cost accounting and inventory systems. - Lead all plant financial operations. - Manage one direct report. - Reconcile company accounts. - Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to GAAP. Plant Accounting Manager Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Finance or Business major may be considered based on experience. - 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment required. - Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Cost accounting experience required. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP experience. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
