Our client that is a leading supplier of innovative cutting, measuring, and medical manufacturing is searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to assist with all areas of Customer Support. Although this is a contract role, you will have the ability to grow upon your skills and have the potential to advance your career within the field. *Additional Responsibilities Include: * * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. * Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems and coordinating with relevant departments. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Monitor customer service metrics and report on performance. * Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. * Train and support customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery. * Handle escalated customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. * Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service. *Skills* * Customer service * Collaboration * Attention to Detail * Project Coordination * MS Office Suite *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. * Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a coordinator or supervisory position. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
