*Description*
Reporting to the Global, Safety and Security team, this person will work as a part of the Global Badging Services team for the administering, production, issuing, and auditing of company ID badges and access level permissions for all employees, contractors/vendors and any other person(s) requiring access to Salesforce property. Responsibilities *Provide excellent customer service to walk-ups in the badge office *Work out of our internal ticketing system to process badging related requests, responding within service level agreement *Create and issue new personnel access badges using a physical security access control system application *Produce and program Guest & Temporary access badges in our access control system *Process all outgoing badging supply shipments *Tracking and stocking badge supplies *Provide troubleshooting support for all things related to badge printers *Support global badging team projects and badge operations *Special projects *Professional Experience/Skills Preferred *Basic toExperience with e-mail, Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office *Strong organizational skills *Detail oriented *Project management *Self starter *Passion and willingness to learn *Previous badge operations experience a plus *Skills* CRM, customer service, Google Suite *Top Skills Details* CRM,customer service,Google Suite *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5pm. Overtime must be approved by the Salesforce manager. Badge office/room should not be left unattended during a shift, take turns with the team on breaks, lunch. If a team must leave the badge office unattended, provided signage must be placed. Create daily task list, reminders for deadlines (in Asana, Google Calendar). If tasks/deadlines are not completed as set by client and no proper justification, badge analyst will be written up by their employer. Inconsistent performance will be grounds for client removal Inform ALLEGIS and Salesforce in advance of PTO or other special requests Keep badge offices and badge storage rooms clean. Tidy space daily and at end of week send photos to confirm to team slack channel when applicable Work on miscellaneous projects and assignments as assigned Complete training requested and provide screen shot evidencing completion to ALLEGIS and Salesforce managers Provide excellent customer service to walk ups in the badge office Work out of our internal ticketing system to process badging related requests Local region cases first then global cases Check supportforce every 30 minutes to ensure new India and urgent cases are handled appropriately Create new personnel access badges using an access control system application Facilitate obtaining new hire badge photos using cloudcard while coordinating with our Onboarding team for backlog updates Produce and program Guest & Temporary access badges in our access control system Assist with various projects assigned Process all outgoing badging supplies shipments from our badge office to ensure same-day pickup from FedEx (BlueDart in HYD). Use Badgeforce packing slip template, save a copy, print, sign before sending shipment Track and stock badge supplies on the inventory sheet Quarterly count all inventory in storage room and badge office - document in inventory tracker Advise the process to the badging par *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
