Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Description: Are you passionate about financial analysis and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will develop and maintain financial analysis tools and reporting, daily productivity dashboards, and trend and forecast reporting. You will also participate in the monthly accounting close functions, annual budgeting process, and balance sheet reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain financial analysis tools and reporting. * Create and manage daily productivity dashboards. * Conduct trend and forecast reporting. * Participate in monthly accounting close functions and annual budgeting process. * Perform balance sheet reconciliations. * Provide support with contract and reimbursement modeling. * Assist in yearly budgeting through the development of supporting data and compilation of information. * Monitor reports to ensure data quality. * Enhance and acquire technical skills to work with database and business intelligence systems. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: * Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, data analysis, and SQL. * Experience with Oracle and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred. * Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. * Master's Degree preferred. * Three years of relevant experience preferred. * One year of experience in accounting or finance preferred.
