Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Vice President - Product Management! About the role In this role, you will drive the execution of key strategic initiatives that support Symetra's digital experiences ensuring alignment with Symetra's broader product vision and objectives. Working closely with the VP of Product Management, you will oversee delivery teams, optimize processes, and enhance operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with other Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations to manage product and capabilities that support Symetra's digital experience. What you will do

Compensation Salary Range: $137,500 - $229,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus program and long-term incentive plan Who You Are
