As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organized and on track by supporting project managers, the marketing team, and technical staff. The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job, but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned: Business Group and Staff Support Assist staff in the preparation of expense reports. Assist with workload planning and workload forecasting. Coordinate and/or manage preparations for project and staff meetings. Assist the marketing team with data entry and management Project Support Assist in the management, maintenance, and distribution of project schedules. Monitor, track, and file project documentation and correspondence. Scan and/or copy project-related documents and deliverables. Technical editing and formatting of project-related documents such as specifications, technical reports, and memos. Prepare correspondence, review and summarize reports and data, take and publish meeting notes. Update and distribute monthly financial reporting documents. Quality Program Assist with the development and maintenance of the project and proposal filing structure. Draft and maintain project management plans and quality management plans. Assist with project close-out, including drafting project descriptions and file archiving. Preferred Qualifications Preferred four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal skills. Previous A/E industry experience or consulting industry preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project (or other scheduling software), Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Excel, ProjectWise, and PowerPoint. Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures. Ability to prioritize competing demands for your time in a fast-paced environment. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Professional appearance and demeanor.
