OverviewIn Consumer Channel Sales & Marketing (CCSM), our purpose is to create value with our partners by delighting consumers through innovative experiences. We're positioned at the intersection of customers, hardware partners, and channel partners. Our team collaborates with ecosystem partners and internal business groups to drive digital excellence, enhance e-commerce capability, and accelerate cloud and subscription adoption. For Consumer Channel & Partner Marketing (CCPM), our mission is to amplify the voice of consumers, enhance brand visibility, and deliver value through innovative and inclusive marketing. We are seeking a Gaming Campaign Lead to drive an effective partner marketing framework, leveraging a modern marketing mix to maximize impact through partner campaigns and investments. With the expansion of our gaming portfolio-especially our largest game launch of the year with Activision Publishing-this role now requires long-lead planning for key moments such as game announcements, reveals, early access, beta phases, and launch. Leading multi-platform title execution across studios demands collaboration and project management across many areas including but not limited to partnerships, and various teams within Microsoft. Additionally, this role will serve as a critical liaison between the field teams and studio leadership, ensuring a two-way flow of information that advocates for both sides to meet managed retail objectives. This position requires balancing upcoming titles within the retail ecosystem, prioritizing high-impact games in our "more for more" portfolio, and optimizing retail activations in alignment with digital-first strategies such as .com, Microsoft Store, and Dash. This role offers flexible work arrangements, allowing up to 100% remote work based on proximity to a Microsoft office location.
